A relaxing but full day has been planned with some interesting and stimulating choices to be made… maybe meet the winemakers, or chat to the food producers, perhaps book a cheese appreciation class, attend a wine master class… or nothing more pleasant than to relax on the lawns … remember to BYO rug.

Wine industry commentator and educator Rob Hicks will be conducting four themed wine tasting sessions in our wine theatre.

2.00pm – Red varietals
3.00pm – Blended reds

The Enigma Group has offered to support the ‘On The Palate’ event by organising a series of activities for the kids while Mum & Dad are engaged in their own activities sampling some of the best wine & food the region has on offer.
